Modelling aspects of oviduct fluid formation in vitro 
 
In this work, Simintiras et al., (2017) studied the composition of in vitro-derived oviduct fluid (ivDOF) from in vitro oviductal epithelial cells without or with adding estradiol, progesterone or testosterone; it is an amazing work and a base for many researches that study the ivDOF components under different conditions. I highly recommend this article.

  A previsão da produção de blastocistos via clivagem O zigoto (a primeira célula embrionária) forma-se em média de 24 horas após a fecundação [1], em 24 horas seguidas, podemos observar embriões de 2 ou 4 blastômeros sendo que na divisão normal esses blastômeros apresentam um tamanho igual [2]. Mas este pode indicar a produção futura dos blastocistos?
