Bovine oocytes, in vitro maturation, chromosomes

Analysis of bovine blastocysts indicates ovarian stimulation does not induce chromosome errors, nor discordance between inner-cell mass and trophectoderm lineages 

This work (Tuttt et al., 2020) proved the role of in vitro maturation (IVM) in the chromosomal abnormalities in produced blastocysts. It is a interesting work.

The study included morphological, proteomic and redox changes induced by HS. The changes in gene expression, morphological changes-involved pathways and protection mechanisms were studied too.
