Granulosa cells, FSH, Autophagy

High doses of FSH induce autophagy in bovine ovarian granulosa cells 

 

In this wrok (Xiaorong et al., 2020) the effect of different follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) doses on in vitro granulosa cells (GCs) and the pathways that mediate the FSH effect were studies; one of the creative ideas that I have found in this work is the detection of Autophagic vesicle, the autophagy ( a programmed cell death) is an interesting topic to study.

  Thermotolerance and plasticity of camel somatic cells exposed to acute and chronic heat stress   In this work Saadeldin et al., (2020) studied the effect of acute and chronic heat stress (HS) on camel and porcine granulosa cells. The study included morphological, proteomic and redox changes induced by HS. The changes in gene expression, morphological changes-involved pathways and protection mechanisms were studied too.
