 Alteration of chemokine production in bovine endometrial epithelial and stromal cells under heat stress conditions

In this work (Sakai et al., 2020), studied the effect  of heat stress (HS) on chemokine production in endometrial epithelial and stromal cells, the effect of HS on these cell types is interesting to study; the experimental design of this work is an example to follow,

  Thermotolerance and plasticity of camel somatic cells exposed to acute and chronic heat stress   In this work Saadeldin et al., (2020) studied the effect of acute and chronic heat stress (HS) on camel and porcine granulosa cells. The study included morphological, proteomic and redox changes induced by HS. The changes in gene expression, morphological changes-involved pathways and protection mechanisms were studied too.
