 Oxidative and endoplasmic reticulum stress defense mechanisms of bovine granulosa cells exposed to heat stress

 

In this work (Alemu et al., 2018), the heat stress (HS)-Exposure time effect on bovine granulosa cells were studied. The reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and BAX, CAT, PRDX1  genes expressions were changed according to exposure time (24 or 48 h); this work showed the amazing idea of HS-Exposure time effect on the cells,
